2025 - 2026

This project aims to develop an inspection tool for the KC-130 aircraft. The tool includes the detection of bulges, cuts, exposed wires, and deformations. Thanks to IDPro at VT, the interdisciplinary projects program, I had the chance to contribute and be part of the NAVAIR team. I believe it is a great opportunity for students to learn and gain hands-on experience in the research field.

Regarding the project, we are currently finalizing the CAD model to begin building the Go/No-Go gauge, which is planned to be shipped to Cherry Point, NC, by May 2026.
